Our Dazzling Animals jewelry is inspected and packaged to arrive in excellent condition. When it arrives, please check to ensure everything is intact and correct.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and therefore no reason is required for returns, but returned items must be in new resalable condition with all original packing materials. We cannot refund shipping and handling, and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please package the merchandise carefully for return shipping to Dazzling Animals. You must contact Dazzling Animals by email at support@dazzlinganimals.com for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise to us. Please write the RMA number on the outside of your package.
If your merchandise does not arrive in good condition contact Dazzling Animals for an RMA number. For returns of defective or damaged merchandise we will either replace the merchandise at our expense or refund the full purchase price, including shipping and handling.
